I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were big, clean, and modern, making for a very comfortable experience with amazing decor. The staff were brilliant, always friendly and quick to assist, making me feel truly welcomed. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Melbourne, close to everything I needed. Though the dining options were up to standard, I would have appreciated more variety. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.

The hotel room was really good size and very modern, amazingly comfortable, and large enough to work from there rather than in public spaces. However, it was dark and cold even with all lights on and window open. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure my partner's birthday was extra special with a 'Happy Birthday' sign and hand-written note with some incredible snacks alongside. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was great for a meeting and close to comedy venues. The dining experience was delicious and delivered quickly. The facilities were well-maintained.
